We built Raftaar on intention. Every drop is designed, printed, and fulfilled with care — which means by the time it reaches you, it has gone through our full process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We are not a fast fashion brand. We do not overproduce. Every unit is accounted for, and once it leaves our hands, it belongs to you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take full responsibility for our mistakes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — wrong item, wrong size due to our error, print quality issue — contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review every case personally and resolve it. This may include a replacement unit if stock is available, or a refund at our discretion.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained. No exceptions.

SIZING

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at the time of order.

Before placing your order, refer to our size guide carefully. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our fits run true to size.
