OVERVIEW
This website and all associated channels (Instagram, WhatsApp) are operated by Raftaar. By placing an order, browsing our store, or engaging with our content, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. THE BRAND
Raftaar is Pakistan's first automotive streetwear brand. We operate on a direct-to-consumer model. All orders are fulfilled by us directly, with no third-party retail involvement.
All designs, graphics, branding, and content produced by Raftaar are the intellectual property of Raftaar. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any kind without written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. ORDERS
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website. By confirming an order, you agree to purchase the item at the stated price under the stated conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any reason at our discretion. In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded in full.
We operate on a drop model. Once a drop sells out, it is gone permanently. We do not restock.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are final at the time of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to change prices between drops without prior notice.
4. PAYMENT
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.
By placing a COD order, you commit to being available to receive and pay for your order. Repeated refusals or non-collection of orders may result in being blocked from future drops.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp upon dispatch.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Raftaar designs, logos, graphics, photography, and content are protected. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any of our creative assets without explicit written permission from Raftaar.
Purchasing a Raftaar product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.
8. USER CONDUCT
When engaging with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel, you agree to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, threatening, or dishonest behaviour.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Raftaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or channels.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
